Mondays 9.15 a.m.: two groups
Group one: 4-5 miles for experienced runners
Group two: 4-4½ miles for less experienced runners or those wanting to develop their pace.

Wednesdays 7.30 p.m.: 4-5 miles for experienced runners
Evening Beginners: 10 week course starting 23 September. A progressive run-walk programme for complete beginners, cost £60. Course Full
Thursdays 9.30 a.m.: half marathon training programme
Starting from six miles, building up over twelve weeks to twelve miles in preparation for a winter half marathon. Participants should be able to attend at least 10 out of the 12 sessions. A stretching clinic will be included in the package price of £60.
